1^st July, 2016 NGA tops out in Greifenstein

The lake house, situated in Greifenstein Niederösterreich, is topping out at the 1^st of July. It´s going to be finished in the late fall 2016.

3^rd June, 2016 SID is selected to present its project SBG to the public of the 5^th district

SID was selected by the GB 5 Gebietsbetreuung, to present its project SBG Siebenbrunnengasse 84, a residential rooftop conversion at the 5^th district, during the construction to the public, via a walk through the district.

There will be a second one after completion, scheduled for the end of 2016. We´ll keep you updated.

5^th May, 2016 SBG topping-out ceremony, in Vienna

The residential rooftop conversion tops out in the 5^th district of Vienna, celebrated at the official topping-out ceremony at the 9^th of June. The new built flats, with its great views over Vienna are going to be finished in the end of 2016, after a total construction time of 12 month.

1^st March, 2015 SID welcomes the new partner MAA Sofie Kristine Mogensen

SID architecture expands partnership and says welcome to MAA Sofie Kristine Mogensen. A Danish architect who studied at The Royal Danish Academy of fine Arts in Copenhagen.

Sofie has lead a great variety of projects from concept to realisation such as shopping malls, office buildings, supermarkets, broadcasting companies, film industry facilities, factories and dwellings in different scales.

We all rely on a good cooperation and looking forward to the future.

Coming up- SID has been assigned to convert a former Austrian publishing house into a modern student apartment complex, with approximately 110 units (studios) on a total floor space of 3700 m2.

5^th Mai, 2015 SID was assigned to a building study for a rooftop extension in Vienna 1100

Coming up- SID has been assigned with the development study for a two story roof top extension with a total space of 600 m2. In addition the old courtyard construction will be adapted to provide offices one the ground floor and a loft atelier on the second floor.

25^th April, 2015 SID was assigned to design a lake house in St. Ändrä Wördern

Coming up- SID has been assigned to design a lake house, set directly in front of a lovely waterfront in a great landscape scenery. With a total plot size of 1.500m2 and an approximately floor space of around 190m2.

15^th April 2015, SID completed construction at OEL, the “street-loft” in the 15^th district.

The transformation from the former restaurant into a residential open space loft is completed and the owner moved already in.

12^th March, 2015 interior concept design for a 250m2 villa in Klosterneuburg

SID has been assigned to an interior concept design for a 1920 built old villa. The design interacts with the nice details of the old house in points of forms, materials and colors. Also the light design is dedicated in a precise way and process to the clients needs.

24^th Sep, 2014 art installation for the MuMok exhibition of Cosima von Bonin

SID has been assigned to manage the art installation for the exhibition of Cosima von Bonin, “Hippies use side door | Das Jahr 2014 hat ein Rad ab”. The art piece is mounted at the 3^rd floor of the south façade, of the monument conserved MuMok Vienna.

18^th Feb, 2014 flat conversion with 164m2 in Vienna 1150

Coming up- SID has been assigned to convert an Austrian restaurant into a residential open space loft on street level in the 15^th district of Vienna. The design brief contains a complete overhaul of the interior including furnishing for a family of four. The exterior of this historic building will get an official face-lift to integrate into the surrounding scenery.

21^st Jan, 2014 rooftop conversion with 430m2 in Vienna 1010

Coming up- SID has been assigned with a rooftop conversion situated in the historic city centre of Vienna, overlooking the skyline of the Gothic Stephan Dom and the Baroque St. Peter’s Church. In addition the residential building below shall be equipped with fire services according to the fire precaution’s as well as health and safety act.

7^th Jan, 2014 rooftop and office conversions with 560m2 in Vienna 1050

Coming up- SID has been assigned with two rooftop and office conversions situated in the 5th district of Vienna. One rooftop with two floors of 350m2 is situated on top of an existing, historic residential housing on the street side. The second rooftop and office conversion of 210m2 lies behind the residential complex. Its purpose is of a communal shared office with a loft above.

19th of August, 2013 SID completed the LEO Hostel in Vienna 1020

The Hostel Vienna Inn has finally opened their doors of new apartments to guests near by the Karmelitermarkt district market in the second district of Vienna. After a construction period of eight months the flats are now fit-out with en-suite bathrooms and a cooking facility area to ensure a pleasant stay for visiting guests. Coming soon- reception, café and bar area!

16^th July, 2013 SID completed the WEB, a new Office space in Vienna 1060

The new office space of the IMS – Real Estate development GmbH opened their doors. The design introduces a new hardware in form of a sculptural stair element to connect various levels of the existing building.

The existing basement is transformed to a smart meeting room. The rooms adjacent to the street are representable, while the back office houses a spacious and comfortable work environment.
